CAR s.r.l. Mandrels range has been extended with Special Diamond Tools
expressly manufactured on Customers’ honing needs; min. Length of Sleeve 30
mm, min. Diameter of Sleeve 2 mm.
SINGLE STROKE are Diamond tools with nominal Diameter, Diamond or are Diamond tools with nominal Diameter, Diamond or
CBN, Electroplated or Sintered, supplied with any Grit and Hardness, suitable to
make Grossing, Finishing and Plateau Finishing honing works.
They can be assembled onto Progressive or Standard Honing Machines and
onto Universal Drills.
LDC is the last innovative Diamond Mandrels Line projected and manufactured is the last innovative Diamond Mandrels Line projected and manufactured
by CAR s.r.l.
They are Special Diamond Expansion Mandrels, suitable to hone any type of
bore, especially carried out for Blind Bores of Diameter (8÷50 mm), Length
(30÷200 mm).
To complete the Diamond Tools line, CAR carry out Diamond mandrels LDC
SPIN . Min. Diameter to hone: 10 mm (standard). . Min. Diameter to hone: 10 mm (standard).
They are Expansion Mandrels suitable to hone min. Diameter 10 mm (standard),
on which Diamond sticks onto supports are assembled; in this case too,
Customer can choose any Grit, Hardness and, more, Metal or Resin Bond.
This Tools are strongly suggested and used with Expansion Honing Machine,
when High Stock Removal and contemporary reduction of honing time cycles
are required, to obtain considerable decrease of honing costs.
